Refund policy
I accept cancellation within 48 hours.
Customers may exchange purchased items for store credit ONLY.
For hygiene reasons, body jewellery, which include but is not limited to septum rings, nose rings, etc., will not eligible for exchange.
It is a buyer's responsibility to check their measurements and get in contact with me before finalizing their purchase(s) if they have any questions regarding the item(s) they seek.
Shipping fees (to and from) will be at the expense of the buyer.
If you ordered the wrong ring size, I will gladly render an adjustment pending an applicable adjudgment fee, which is determined based on the type and size of the item. Please get in contact with me for a quote.
All exchange arrangements must be agreed upon within one week of delivery.
Exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
I take great pride in my work, however, in the rare event that an item is damaged or faulty, please get in contact with me within 7 days of purchase to facilitate a replacement.
