Shipping policy

We ship international!

All shipping is sent through Post Canada. All shipments are packaged in recycled/reusable/recyclable/compostable materials.

For international shipping, we strongly recommend TRACKED shipping. If you do decide to go for the cheaper shipping rate, please note that any packages that are lost or stolen will not be replaced nor refunded.

If you need your package before a certain date, please get in contact with me to get a quote on a rush order. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

CANADA (untracked) : 1-8 business days.

CANADA (tracked) : 1-4 business days.

USA (untracked) : 7-14 business days.

USA (tracked) : 4-9 business days.

INTERNATIONAL (untracked) : 2 to 4 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL (tracked) : 2 to 3 weeks.
